Our small team puts a lot of care into packing your order and we aim to process and fulfill orders within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase! To initiate a return or exchange, please email with your name and order number and we will gladly assist you.

For US orders, full price merchandise may be returned for store credit only within 7 days of receiving the shipment. Kindly note, the customer is responsible for return shipping and the parcel must be postmarked within the 7 day timeframe. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. We suggest you choose a trackable shipping service as The Floral Society is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage during transport. 

All products must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition and purchased on Kindly note, we do not accept returns or process exchanges on products purchased from a stockist or retail partner. Please contact the respective customer support team directly for information on their return policy. Kindly note unique handmade items in our Handmade Collection are final sale. 

Unfortunately, we do not accept international returns from Canada at this time. Items from our Handmade Collection are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All final sale items are nonrefundable.
