Our small team puts a lot of care into packing your order and we aim to process and fulfill orders within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Upon checkout, you’ll receive an order confirmation email, and then another email from The Floral Society once your order has shipped. Free Shipping Promotion:

Valid only for purchases on thefloralsociety.com. All orders over $99 USD automatically qualify for complimentary ground shipping at checkout. Kindly note this applies to shipping in the Continental US only.

International Orders:

The customer is responsible for paying any import costs to the shipping carrier, such as duties, import taxes, or brokerage/disbursement fees upon delivery. Unfortunately, we do not accept international returns at this time.


We want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase! To initiate a return or exchange, please email hello@thefloralsociety.com with your name and order number and we will gladly assist you.

For US orders, full price merchandise may be returned for store credit only within 7 days of receiving the shipment. Kindly note, the customer is responsible for return shipping and the parcel must be postmarked within the 7 day timeframe. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. We suggest you choose a trackable shipping service as The Floral Society is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage during transport. 

All products must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition and purchased on thefloralsociety.com. Kindly note, we do not accept returns or process exchanges on products purchased from a stockist or retail partner. Please contact the respective customer support team directly for information on their return policy. Kindly note unique handmade items in our Handmade Collection, Gift Cards, and Event Tickets are final sale and non-refundable.
