Are your taper candles dripless?

Our candles are created to be dripless when burned with no drafts. To avoid dripping burn your tapers away from drafts such as, open windows, air vents, fans and the like.

Are your candles clean burning?

Our candles are clean burning and smokeless when burned away from drafts and wicks are kept trim. We recommend trimming your wicks each time prior to burning your taper candles.

What are your candles made of?

Our taper candles and our pillar are made of a high quality paraffin wax that is clean burning and dripless. Our fragrant candles are made from a soy blend wax and essential oils.

Where are your products made?

Our products are designed in New York and produced in various locations in the United States and around the globe. We partner with makers and manufacturers in locations such as Japan, Denmark, India and Sri Lanka to bring our designs to life.

How much is shipping for my order?

We are pleased to offer free FedEx Ground shipping on orders over $99! Please ensure this shipping option is selected at checkout to receive free shipping. Shipping times depend on the shipping speed and carrier selected at checkout. We also offer a $15 flat rate shipping via USPS. Please see this page for more information.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the US and Canada.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently offer international shipping to Canada and we are working on adding additional countries in the near future! We’d love to hear from you - tag us on Instagram and let us know where you’d like to see @thefloralsociety shipped next!

Can I require a signature for my package?

At the moment, we are unable to offer signature requirements for packages. If you have any questions about your shipment, please drop us a note here: hello@thefloralsociety.com

Where can I check the status of my order?

Upon checkout, you’ll receive an order confirmation email, and then another email from The Floral Society once your order has shipped.

How long does it take for my package to ship from your facility?

Our small team puts a lot of care into packing your order and we aim to process and fulfill orders within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Do you offer expedited or overnight shipping?

We offer expedited shipping options at checkout. Rates may vary based on the products ordered and geographic location of the customer. If you have any questions, please contact us!

What is your return policy?

We want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase! Please refer to our Return Policy page for additional information.

What happens if my order arrives damaged or is missing?

We’ll make it right. Please contact us with your order number and we will gladly assist you.

Can I include a gift note with my purchase?

We’re happy to include a handwritten note on your behalf. Please follow the directions at checkout to include your personal note.

Where is The Floral Society based?

The Floral Society is based in Dobbs Ferry, New York, about 30 minutes north of Manhattan. Our studio is where new products are developed, where plants are watered and boxes are packed, where flowers are arranged and a photoshoot could happen at a moment’s notice. This space is home to The Floral Society and our in-house floral studio, Poppies & Posies. These two go hand-in-hand, inspiring one another season after season.
